- Price match valid within 72 hours of completed installation.
- Competitor’s quote must be for the exact same product and service inclusions, including brand, model, and any upgrades or accessories.
- Competitor’s offer must include same or shorter installation time frame (e.g., same day or next day install).
- Quote or advertised price must be in writing on a valid company letterhead or published on a legitimate business website (screenshots not accepted).
- Product must have a minimum 4.5-star rating and at least 100 verified customer reviews.
- If product includes a lifetime warranty from JR Gas & Water, competitor’s product must offer the same lifetime warranty.
- Competitor must be a licensed and insured tradesperson, registered to operate in Queensland.
